First Conversation
If your profile looks like a strong match, we schedule a 30-minute conversation. We want to understand how you think, not just what you have done.

Paid Practical Task
We give you a real work task — a brief similar to what you would receive as part of the role. We pay ₹2,000 for this task. If you complete it and we proceed, this fee is deducted from your first month's salary.

Offer & Onboarding
We make an offer. Terms are documented. Onboarding begins with the firm's operating principles, documentation standards, and your first real brief.

Questions about
working at BrandAdX

BrandAdX hires for both employment roles and independent contractor arrangements, depending on the position and geography. All terms are documented upfront and agreed before any work begins.
Many BrandAdX roles are remote-compatible. Some roles that require regular internal collaboration may have a preference for Bengaluru-based candidates. The application form asks for your location — we will be transparent about what is required for the specific role.
Step 3 in our hiring process involves a real work task. We pay ₹2,000 for this task regardless of whether the process proceeds. If it does proceed to an offer, this amount is deducted from your first month's salary. This model ensures we only give tasks to serious candidates — and ensures you are compensated for your time.
We aim to respond within 5 working days of receiving an application. From first conversation to offer typically takes 2–4 weeks. We do not ghost candidates — you will always know where you stand.
We hire based on capability, not purely on years of experience. Some roles are suitable for strong graduates; most require 2+ years of relevant experience. The application form asks about experience level so we can assess fit accurately.
